I am an architect with 18 years of experience specialised as designer, energy consultant and passive house expert. Currently I’m working as architect in Germany and Passive House consultant and certifier.
Although in recent years, I have become increasingly specialised in high energy efficiency buildings, I’ve always taken care of the building design, trying to integrate space, function, sensations, with technologies, and solutions needed to achieve the highest building quality.
I worked as energy consultant and building certifier at the Passive House Institute of Darmstadt, Germany, since 2018 until bend of 2021. My working area is mainly covering projects in USA and Canada, but also in Italy and China. Before covering this position, I was working as principal in my own architecture studio “Atelier Air”, which I founded in 2008. The firm dealt with building design and energy consultancy.
Alongside the professional activity, since 2008, I taught for ten years at the architectural faculty of the Polytechnic university of Milan, as adjunct professor of an integrated course of structural design within the “Building design construction” studio. From 2015 to 2018, I also taught at the engineering faculty of Brescia University, “Building performance engineering”.
With my background, which covers a wide range of architectural aspects, from the design, to the structures, passing through the services and sustainability.
